PDF Export or Sharing Issue
Make sure you have an active premium subscription if the export or share feature requires Premium access. If problems persist, try restarting the app or your device, then attempt the export again.

Subscriptions are managed directly through your Apple ID.
Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
Tap your Apple ID at the very top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Select Image to PDF: Scanner App to manage or cancel.

Make sure Face ID is enabled on your device and allowed for the app in iOS settings. If Face ID stops working, toggle it off and on again in Settings → Image to PDF Scanner → Face ID.
Required for scanning documents. Enable in iPhone Settings → Image to PDF Scanner → Camera.
Required to import existing images. Enable in iPhone Settings → Image to PDF Scanner → Photos.
Your scanned documents and PDF files are stored locally on your device by default. We do not upload, view, or store your documents on our servers. Your data is yours alone.
